Detailed Solution

The above statement is True.
Mathura was a significant location for the availability of Northern Black Polished Ware. NBPW is a hard, metallic-looking, wheel-made product with a shining black surface. Around 700–200 BCE, the Indian subcontinent experienced the urban Iron Age Indian culture known as the Northern Black Polished Ware culture (abbreviated NBPW or NBP). It succeeded the cultures of Painted Grey Ware and Black and Red Ware. The use of Northern Black Polished Ware signified the development in terms of material culture among the people. Because before this, people only used Red and Black Ware as pottery, which was of low quality.
