Detailed Solution

The above statement is True.
The four ashramas in which human life is divided are Brahmacharya, Grihastha, Vanaprastha, and Sannyasa. Ashrama refers to a stage of existence. Brahmin, Kshatriya or Vaishya men were supposed to live modest lifestyles and spend their formative years learning the Vedas. It is known as Brahmacharya. The next step was for them to be married and become householders. It is called Grihastha. In the Vanaprastha phase, a person lives in a forest and practices meditation. Ultimately they abandon everything and live as Sannyasins.
