Both India and Belgium have a federalism system. But in India, the distribution of power is done vertically as the powers are divided at different levels like power is divided at the central level, then it is divided at the state level, then it is distributed at the local level. And the same power in Belgium is divided among the social groups, i.e., the linguistic group has been given powers.
