Amoghavarsha was the greatest ruler of Rashtrakuta. He ruled for 64 years (814-878 AD). He was a great patron of art and literature. Chalukyas's reign was 543-755 AD. Pulakesin II was the famous Chalukyas ruler. Pallavas serve the period of 575-897 AD. The Rashtrakuta dynasty succeeded the Chalukyas between 753 and 982 CE.
