Detailed Solution

The given statement is false.
The Mamluk, Khalji, Tughlaq, Sayyid, and Lodi dynasties were the five dynasties that ruled the Delhi Sultanate. With its capital in Delhi, the Delhi Sultanate ruled over a sizable portion of South Asia for 320 years (1206–1526). Five dynasties successively controlled the Delhi Sultanate after the Ghurid dynasty invaded the subcontinent: the Mamluk (1206-1290), Khalji (1290-1320), Tughlaq (1320-1414), Sayyid (1414-1451), and Lodi (1451-1526). It included vast portions of what is now modern-day Bangladesh, Pakistan, and India, as well as some of southern Nepal. The Ghurid conqueror Muhammad Ghori, who destroyed the Rajput Confederacy led by Ajmer monarch Prithviraj, established the cornerstone for the Sultanate.
