Karl Marx (1818-1883), also considered the founder of Communism, added many ideas during this time. Marx, in his argument, put forward that the industrial society was 'capitalist'. The capitalists were the rich class who were known to exploit the labourers. This Capitalist owned the capital and then invested in factories where the labourers worked. But in the long run, the capitalists were the ones to take away all the profits. Marx believed that the condition of the workers wouldn't improve until and unless the private capitalist kept on accumulating profits.
