Detailed Solution

The above statement is True.
Four prints created by French artist Fredric Sorrieu with the title "Democratic and Social Republics" were published in 1848. The French artist Frederic Sorrieu created a set of four prints in 1848 to depict his idealised vision of a "social and democratic Republic," as he termed them. He depicts people from Europe and America, including men and women of various ages and all classes, walking on a long train and paying respect to the Statue of Liberty as they pass by it in the first print of the series. With the Charter of the Rights of Man in one hand and the flame of Enlightenment in the other, the artist represented Liberty as a feminine figure. The shattered remnants of the institution's emblem for absolutism are seen in the image's foreground. The world's inhabitants are organised into different nations in Sorrieu's utopian worldview, and their flags and national attire may recognise them.
