Detailed Solution

The above statement is true. The many stages of the Stone Age are as follows.
1)      During the Palaeolithic era, early humans were hunters and gatherers. They lived in caves, rudimentary houses, or tepees. They made primary stones, bone tools, and crude stone axes to hunt wild animals and birds.
2)      Between the Paleolithic and Neolithic periods, there was a period known as the Mesolithic Period, also known as the Middle Stone Age. Although the Mesolithic Period's beginning and finish dates varied by geographical region, it lasted roughly from 10,000 B.C. to 8,000 B.C.
3)      The Neolithic Age: The Neolithic Age began approximately 12,000 years ago and ended around 3500 B.C. when civilisations began to emerge. Neolithic combines neo, new, and lithic, which means stone. As a result, the term "New Stone Age" has been used to describe this era.
