Detailed Solution

The statement is false. The Indian Parliament created the Hindu Succession Act in 1956 in order to define and modify the laws regulating interstate or unwilled succession among Hindus, Buddhists, Jains, and Sikhs. The Act establishes an all-encompassing, consistent system of inheritance and succession. The Hindu lady's limited estate is gone, thanks to the Act. Any possessions a Hindu woman has are to be considered absolute property, giving her total power over how to manage and dispose of them. This legislation was modified in several places in December 2004 by the Hindu Succession (Amendment) Act.
Thus, the Hindu Succession (Amendment) Act, 2005 eliminate the finite estate of the Hindu lady.
