Firstly, they set up their companies where they have easy access to raw materials, labour laws are favourable to them, a skilled workforce is readily available, and many other different factors. Now, they can control production by imparting technology to the local market and thus working in close contact with the local companies. Another way in which multinational corporations can control output is by using local companies to supply their goods. They may also buy the local companies and continue production in those countries.
