Detailed Solution

Chote aur bade ka sawal was written by Kashibaba. With the spread of printing culture, very inexpensive pamphlets were brought to market in the 19th century and sold at crossroads, enabling the poor to go to the market to buy them. Public libraries were created to expand access to books. From the late 19th century, issues of caste discrimination began to be addressed in many publications and essays.  Factory workers lacked the education to write much about their experience. But some workers took it upon themselves to write stories about their condition. Like: Kashibaba, a factory worker from Kanpur wrote and published Chhote, our mutilated painting in 1938 to show the connection between class and caste exploitation. Poems by another carpenter from Kanpur named Sudarshan Chakra from 1935 to 1955, were collected and published in an anthology called Sacchi kavitayan. As a result, workers' problems also arise.
