Compound (A)  $\left(C_6{H}_{12}{O}_2\right)$on reduction with $LiAl{H}_4$ yielded two compounds (B) and (C). The compound (B) on oxidation gave (D) which on treatment with aqueous alkali and subsequent heating furnished (E). The (E) on catalytic hydrogenation gave (C). The compound (D) was oxidised further to give (F) which was found to be monobasic acid (molecular mass = 60.0). Maximum number of $C{H}_{3}MgBr$ consumed by A,B,C,D are
