All vertebrates have heart and blood vessels, where blood moves in these vessels to the     different organs, even few invertebrates like echinoderms also possess blood vessels and heart. Human heart is composed of muscles, a network of closed branching blood vessels and blood, hence human circulatory system is called cardiovascular system
