The structures of  H2XeO4 and  H4XeO6 are

But have same number of unprotonated oxygen atoms. As/the oxidation state of Xe in  H4XeO6 is more it will act as stronger acid which is a general trend that acidic strength of an oxoacid increases with increases in oxidation state. The number of dπpπ  bonds in both the oxoacids is same. On H2XeO4, Xenon atom is involved in  sp3d hybridization and is trigonal bipyramid with a lone line pair on equatorial position.
In  H4XeO6 Xenon is involved in  sp3d2 hybridization and is octahedral. Oxidation state of Xenon in  H4XeO6 is + 6 and in  H4XeO6 is + 8. Perxenic acid is stronger oxidizing agent than xenicacid
