For length  x,Rx=15r6×x
a) For the loop PASQ (i1+i2)156rx+156(6x)i1+i1R=E  …….(1)
For the loop AWTM  i2.R156rx(i1+i2)=E/2 
i2R+156r×(i1+i2)=E/2                                              ………… (2)
For zero deflection galvanometer   i2=0156rx.i1=E/2=i1=E5x.r
Putting  i1=E5x.r  and  i2=0  in equation (1), we get x = 320 cm.
