Cuckoo laying eggs in crow’s nest shows

Brood parasitism is exhibited by the parasitic bird (cuckoo) when it lays its eggs in the nest of its host (crow) and lets the crow incubate them. During the course of evolution, the eggs of the cuckoo have evolved to resemble the crow's egg in size and colour to reduce the chances of the crow detecting the foreign eggs and ejecting them from the nest.
