Cushing’s syndrome and myxoedema are associated with these glands respectively 

Cushing's syndrome or hypercortisolism is a hormonal disorder caused due to high levels of the hormone cortisol. Symptoms include upper body obesity, rounded face, increased fat around the neck, thinning arms and legs, fatigue, weakness, high blood pressure, and mood disorders. Myxoedema is known to occur in various forms of hypothyroidism, and also in Grave's disease. It is more common in women than in men. It describes a specific form of cutaneous and dermal oedema secondary to increased deposition of connective tissue components.
