Detailed Solution

Dadabhai Naoroji was an early leader of the Indian National Congress. He presided over Congress three times: in 1886, 1893, and 1906. In order to express his opinions on Indian political, social, and literary issues, Dadabhai Naoroji founded the London India Society in 1865. He also formed the East India Association in 1867 to communicate Indian opinions to the British audience. Numerous well-known Englishmen supported this organisation, and it was able to have some influence over the British Parliament. Naoroji authored 'Poverty and Un-British Rule in India', in which he talked about the drain of wealth out of India created by British rule.
