Detailed Solution

ANF secretion is stimulated by an increase in blood flow to the atria of the heart. ANF decreases blood pressure.

A fall in the glomerular blood pressure / GFR can activate the JG cells to release renin which converts angiotensinogen in blood to angiotensin I and further to angiotensin II. Low blood pressure also stimulates the release of ADH which promotes water reabsorption in the kidneys and (at high concentrations) will also cause vasoconstriction both of which result in an increase in blood pressure.
