Detailed Solution

Democracies are not needed to ensure majority rule. All the people are treated equally before the eyes of the law in a democracy, and free and fair elections are held regularly. Most significantly, the dignity of individuals will be preserved in a democracy. It is critical to recognize that simple majority rule is not democracy. In terms of linguistic group, race, or religion, it is also vital that rule by the representatives selected by the majority does not become majority community rule. This is because democracy is People’s Rule, not a particular community’s rule. If someone is excluded from being in the majority due to birth, the democratic government ceases to be accommodating to that group or person.
