Detailed Solution

Given: Number of moles of water = 5
               The chemical formula of water = H2O
Formula:
Number of moles = Mass of substance (m) Molar mass of given substance (M)
Solution:
Molar mass of H2O= 2 X atomic mass of hydrogen +1 X atomic mass of oxygen
    = 2 X 1 + 1 X 16
    = 18g
Number of moles = Mass of water (m) Molar mass of water (M)
                               5 =  m18
                               m=90g

The mass of 5 moles of water is 90g.
