Disguised unemployment mostly occurs in the field of agriculture. Unemployment is divided into 2 types: Disguised unemployment and Seasonal unemployment. Disguised unemployment is those situations where people appear to be employed while they are not adding to productivity. For example, a piece of land requires only five people but engages eight people. Three people are extra. If three people are removed, then productivity will not decline. This situation is referred to as disguised unemployment. Seasonal unemployment is unemployment when people cannot find jobs during some months of the year.
