After first free nuclear division, one nucleus migrates towards upper pole and another one towards lower pole. After third free nuclear division, one nucleus from each pole migrates towards the center of cell to behave as polar nuclei. Around three nuclei of chalazal end, cell walls are formed to organize them as antipodals and similarly around the three nuclei of micropylar end
