Detailed Solution

Early humans used to paint in caves.
Many caves and rock paintings from prehistoric times have been discovered in India. Madhya Pradesh and southern Uttar Pradesh have some of the best examples of cave paintings. Bright colours were used in these paintings. These colours were created using rocks and minerals found. The paintings depicted various activities of early men like hunting, fishing, religious practices and so on. Early humans painted on cave walls to express their emotions and to depict their lives, events, and daily activities. Historians also believe that prehistoric men may have documented their hunting expeditions by painting animals on cave walls.
