Elements having  different nuclear but the same mass number are called

Isobar on nuclear physics, any member of a group of atomic or nuclear 

species all of which have the same mass number and that is the same total number of protons and 

neutrons . atoms of different elements having different atomic numbers.

But the same mass numbers are called isobars.
