Detailed Solution

Concept: Aldolase is present in all organisms and microorganisms. The Class I enzyme has three types 1, 2, and 3.
Aldolase A is present in the developing embryo and an indeed advanced quantum is set up in adult muscles.
Aldolase B is in the liver and order and Type C (along with some A) is set up in the brain. Aldolases A and C are substantially involved in glycolysis whereas aldolase B is involved in both glycolysis and gluconeogenesis.
The three isozymes (A, B, and C) are composed of four identical subunits, each a polypeptide chain of 360 amino acids. The enzyme has a homotetrameric structure with subunits.
However, the entire complex is able for normal function, indicating a proper communication between active spots. Aldolases belong to the class Lyases.
Hence, the correct option is Option 4.
