Epinephrine stimulates

Epinephrine increases the heartrate, the strength of heart contraction and the rate of respiration. 

It stimulates the breakdown of glycogen (glycogenolysis) resulting in an increased concentration of glucose in blood. 

It also stimulates the breakdown of lipids (lipolysis). 

Epinephrine cause bronchodilation that enhances breathing.
