sells a wide range of clothing. Clothes created by weavers in the surrounding villages are also brought here for sale. There are offices of cloth merchants who buy this cloth throughout the market. Other traders from various south Indian locations also visit this market to buy fabric. On market days, weavers would also deliver cloth that had been made on the merchant's order.
