The idea of Equality states that every person is equal before the law, i.e. the law treats all persons equally. If the law abolished untouchability, then it is cancelled for all. Neither a Brahmin Hindu nor a Kshatriya Hindu can exploit the Dalits in the mane of an untouchability system. If they do so, they will be punished according to the law.
