Detailed Solution

Every person is equal before the law.
The idea of Equality states that every person is equal before the law, i.e. the law treats all persons equally. If the law abolished untouchability, then it is cancelled for all. Neither a Brahmin Hindu nor a Kshatriya Hindu can exploit the Dalits in the mane of an untouchability system. If they do so, they will be punished according to the law. So, the law and its conditions apply to all the people residing in the country as citizens. Any decision the government makes concerning issues of national importance like defence or country’s order or pass any government order is applied to all the citizens.
