Concept: Nephridia are the excretory organs that occur as arranged coiled tubules segmentally. There are three kinds: integumentary nephridia, septal nephridia and pharyngeal nephridia.
It collects excess fluid from the coelomic chamber. After it delivers the wastes through pore to the body wall into the digestive tube. In earthworms curled tubular excretory organs known as nephridia, these are similar to the order in humans. Earthworms eat rotting plant and creature matter within the soil.
