Explain the zwitterionic form of amino acid?

Amino acids at different P^H undergoes ionization by converting NH₂ to ${\mathrm{NH}}_3^{+}$ and COOH to COO^–. This equal positive and negative charge (no net charge) on an amino acid is called as zwitterionic form.
