Exploitation of bio-resources without authentic permission is termed

Unauthentic usage of bio-resources without prior permission is called biopiracy.

Bioprospecting is the systematic and organised search for useful products derived from bio-resources including plants, microorganisms, animals, etc., that can be developed further for commercialization and overall benefits of the society. 

A biopatent is a patent granted by the government to the inventor for biological entities and for products obtained from them. 

Resource partitioning (a process of natural selection that will force competitors to use resources differently) is a way to avoid competition between species and allow for coexistence.
