Farmers take the help of labourers at the time of harvest.
The farmers, who have large land, usually work in the field by themselves and with the support of their family members. But during harvest season, the farmer sometimes takes the help of the labourers. They take seeds and fertilisers from the traders as a loan and, in return, sell most of their harvest to the traders only. They get a large number of crops from their field, out of which some are sold to the traders to pay the loans, some are given to the labourers, and the rest of the harvest is used by their families for subsistence.
