For FeCl₃​ solution, i=4, therefore i×C=4×(0.1) 

For K₄​[Fe(CN)₆​], i=5 , and i×C=5×(0.01)

Since, i×C is more for FeCl₃​ solution and we know that in osmosis, flow of solvent takes place from dilute to a concentrated solution.

So, the blue colour formation will not take place.
