Detailed Solution

Concept-The old lady said she wasn’t feeling well. The old lady said, “I’m not feeling well’’
Indirect. In direct speech, we use quotations to repeat the exact thing an existent said. still, in circular speech, the direct quotation is said in third person, and so the citation marks are removed. In order to change the circular speech into direct speech, we must change the tense of the judgment , and make the necessary punctuation changes.
When we want to report commodity someone said without speech marks, we use circular
speech. It's also called reported speech.
When you convert a judgment from direct to circular speech, the tense changes. So, to
change the speech then, we must change it back.
From direct to circular, the tense changes from present to history. So, we should convert the
once tense of the judgment said by the old lady to the present.
So, the expression ‘ that she was n’t feeling well ’ will be changed to ‘ I ’m not feeling well ’.
Now, for the other changes, let us look at the given options
( 1) I ’m not feeling well- This expression is in the present nonstop tense, and it contains the correct subject. This fits impeccably into the given judgment . This is the needed answer. So, this is the correct option.
 2) She is n’t feeling well- This expression is also in the present nonstop tense, but it doesn't have the correct subject. This doesn't fit impeccably into the given judgment . This isn't the needed answer. So, this is an incorrect option.
 3) I do n’t feel well- This expression isn't in the present nonstop tense, indeed though it has the correct subject. This doesn't fit impeccably into the given judgment . This isn't the needed answer. So, this is an incorrect option.
( 4) She has n’t been feeling well- This expression isn't in the present nonstop tense and it doesn't have the correct subject. This doesn't fit impeccably into the given judgment . This isn't the needed answer. So, this is an incorrect option.
Hence , the correct answer is option 1.
