Concept: Renal corpuscle or malpighian comprises bowman's capsule and glomerulus.Filtration of blood takes place at malpighian body.Blood gets filtered through these capsules.
The blood flows into the kidney by the renal artery. This large blood vessel then branches into the smaller and smaller blood vessels until the blood is sent to the nephrons. In the nephron, the blood is filtered through the tiny blood vessels of the glomeruli and then flows out of the kidney with the help of the renal vein. The three steps of blood filtration include glomerular filtration, reabsorption, and secretion.
