Given quadratic polynomial is 2 x 2 + 7 2 x+ 3 4 .  
Then,
2x2+72x+34=0                    8x2+14x+3=0
8x2+12x+2x+3=0
4x2x+3+12x+3=0
4x+12x+3=0
So,  4x+1=0 x= 1 4  
And,
2x+3=0 x= 3 2  
Therefore, the zeroes are x= 1 4   and x= 3 2 .  
Hence, option (2) is correct.
