Detailed Solution

Provided numbers are,
8, 0, 2, 7, 5 and 9.
Here, largest number =9
Smallest number =0
Now, to form largest number, write the bigger number first followed by smaller numbers as,
987520
So, this is the largest number formed by given numbers.
For smallest number keep the smallest number first and then the bigger numbers in ascending order.
Now smallest number is 0, but if we keep this number at first place, the number formed will be 5 digit number. So, we will use 2 at first and 0 at second place.
205789
Difference between these numbers
987520-205789=781731
This is the required number.
So, option 1 is correct.
