Detailed Solution

Concept- The number is multiplied by the integers to produce multiples. In other words, all the numbers that are combinations of the number and any other natural number are the multiples of the number. The multiples of 2, for instance, are 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, and so on. We will first determine the LCM of the multiple of 3 and 4 before determining the multiples of the resulting number.
Now, 3 and 4's LCM (Least common multiple) is 12.
(Since there is no common factor between 3 and 4, we just multiply 3 by 4 to get 12)
First four multiples of 12 to be obtained
Multiply 12 by 1 to get the first multiple of 12: Question Image.
Similarly, multiply 12 by 2 to get the second multiple of 12: Question Image.
By multiplying 12 by 3 and 4 correspondingly, we can determine the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth multiples in the same way.
Fourth multiple of 12 is Question Image.
While third multiple of 12 is Question Image.
The first four multiples of 3 and 4 are therefore 12, 24, 36, and 48.
Hence, option 3 is correct.
