We are asked to find the product of the given numbers
Let us solve it one by one.
(1) Let us assume that the given product as
⇒P=26×(−48)+(−48)×(−36)
We know that the rule to be followed while applying the binary operations is the BODMAS rule.
We know that the name BODMAS stands for “Brackets of Division, Multiplication, Addition, and Subtraction”. This means that we need to follow the order in the BODMAS in the process of applying the binary operations.
By using this rule let us do the multiplication first then we get
⇒P=(−1248)+(1728)
Now, by using the subtraction to the above equation we get
⇒P=480
Therefore the value of first expression can be written as
∴ 26×(−48)+(−48)×(−36) = 480
