Given that, perimeter of the semicircle is 18 cm.
Use the formula for perimeter of a semicircle P=πr+2r   in which r represents the radius and P represents the perimeter.
18=πr+2r   Take out r from right side of the equation.
18=r π+2   Solve the equation for r by substituting 3.14 for π.
18=r 3.14+2   ⇒18=r 5.14   ⇒r=3.5  
Therefore, radius related to the semicircle is 3.5 cm.
