Proper fraction - when the numerator is less than the denominator.

Improper fraction - when the numerator is greater than the denominator.

Whole number - It is a collection of positive integers including 0.

(i)  We know that reciprocal of $\frac{a}{b}=\frac{b}{a}.$

Therefore, reciprocal of $\frac{3}{7}=\frac{7}{3}.$

And, $\frac{7}{3}$ is an improper fraction.
