Concept- Viloknanam method is based on vedic math,this method is used to find the square root of 3 or 4 digit square numbers.
Unit digit is 4,
Unit digit of square root is 2 or 8,
The greatest number whose square is less than or equal to 96 or 9,
Two unit digit 2 or 8 is to the right of 9,
we get 92 and 98,
Unique numbers with unt digit 5 lie between 92 and 98 which will be 95.
∴

{(95)}^{2} = 9025

9604>9025,required square root is 98.

\sqrt{9604}

=98.
Hence, correct option is 1
