We have, l=4 in, b=2.5 in, h=2 in. We have to find the surface area of the cuboid.
Surface area of cuboid, S=2(lb + bh + hl).
⇒S=2(4×2.5+2.5×2+2×4) ⇒S=2(10+5+8 ⇒S=2×23 ⇒S=46 in2  Therefore, the surface area of a cuboid =46 in2.  Hence, option 1 is correct.
