Detailed Solution

The total number of polar molecules  SF4, BF2Cl, PF3Cl2

SF4 is polar because The geometry of Sf4 will be an asymmetric electron area distribution around the center atom (S). This molecule is therefore polar.

BF2Cl is polar because it is trigonal planar. Boron has three valence electrons in both circumstances, but the halogens each have seven. They will then make three covalent connections with the boron in the middle. This molecule's bond angles will be about 120 degrees.

PF3Cl2is polar because a location (hybrid orbital) with a lower "s" character attracts more electronegative atoms, according to Bent's rule. In  PF3Cl2, two F atoms are diverted to the axial position, while one F is diverted to the equatorial position in TBP, resulting in an unsymmetrical molecule, as is the polar character of  PF3Cl2.
