In a quadrilateral,

According to the angle sum property of a quadrilateral, ∠A+∠B+∠C+∠D=360°

From the given figure, ∠A=5x+14, ∠B=4x-9 , ∠C=4x+2, ∠D=3x+1

So, 5x+14+4x-9+4x+2+3x+1=360°

16x+8=360°

16x=352°

x=352°16

x=22°

∠A=5x+14=5×22+14=124°

Therefore, the value of ∠A=124°.
