Concept- Taking one common from the expression and then add the two numbers, finally multiplying the value by -1 to get the final answer. Here we can directly use the concept that if the sign is the same then do addition and give the same sign to the solution.
To solve this expression we will first write t down and assume it as S,

S = (- 28) + (- 32)

Also write the equation as
Therefore,

s = - 28 - 32

Can write the above equation by taking -1 outside of each term therefore we will get ,
Therefore,

s = (- 1) 28 + (- 1) 32

Now we will take (-1) common from the above equation we will get ,
Therefore,

s = (- 1) (28 + 32)

If we perform the addition operation n the above equation we will get ,
Therefore

s = (- 1) (60)

F we multiply 60 by -1 n the above equation we will get,
Therefore,

s = - 60

Therefore,

(- 28) + (- 32) = - 60

Therefore the value of the given expression

(- 28) + (- 32) is equal to - 60

Hence, the correct option is 2.
