Given system of equations are:

2x - 3y = 13 —(i)

7x - 2y = 20 —(ii)

Multiply (i) by 2 and (ii) by 3, we get:

4x - 6y = 26 —(iii)

21x - 6y = 60 —(iv)

Subtract (iii) from (iv) we get:

17x = (60-26) = 34

x = 2

Substitute the value of x = 2 in (i), we get:

4 - 3y = 13

-3y = 9

y = -3

Hence, the solution is x = 2 and y = -3.
