Concept: Putting the variable on one side of the equation will help you solve the problem because there is only one variable in these problems.
There is just one variable used in every issue. In order to solve each equation, i.e., get the value of x, it must be rearranged using the terms.
5x-11=2x+7
On the left side of the equation, we will put the variable terms, and on the right, the numbers. The habit of placing the variables on the left side of the equation has nothing to do with the answer and is merely for convenience.
⇒5x-2x=7+11⇒3x=18
The result of multiplying both sides of the equation by 3 is x=6. Hence, the correct answer is 1) 6
