AB is incident ray on first surface and BC is reflected ray.
BC act as an incident ray for second surface while CD act as a reflected ray.

Angle of incidence = Angle of reflection
a= 60 °  
In ΔBEC  ,
Sum of angles of a triangle is 180°.
a+x+ 90 ° = 180 °  
⇒ 60 ° +x+ 90 ° = 180 °  
⇒x= 30 °  
The value of x= 30 °  .
Therefore, option (2) is correct.
